MESA IMALAT designs and manufactures various types of moulds for precast concrete members with vertical or horizontal casting.

Hydraulic Tilt Tables are used to cast precast façade walls and similar components. Casting is done horizontally while the stripping is executed vertically. Mesa İmalat designs and produces various types of moulds for façade elements to be used on these tables.

Mesa Imalat also supplies horizontal and vertical precast moulds for stairs, landings, roof and window parapets and designs battery moulds for different applications. X-leg Moulds for Cooling Towers are also available.

Besides production of moulds, engineering services for anchors and lifting and handling devices are also provided. Mesa Imalat gives similar services for precast load bearing elements such as beams, columns and roof trusses for industrial buildings and beams for infrastructure works.
